Refund Policy
All USMLE+ subscriptions are final. No refunds are issued after purchase. Please review your selection carefully before completing checkout — and use the free trial to evaluate the platform first.

No Refunds After Purchase
Because USMLE+ delivers digital content with immediate access to thousands of questions, hours of video, and full self-assessments, we are unable to offer refunds once a subscription has been activated.
Try Before You Buy
Every prospective student gets full access to the entire platform during a free trial. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to verify that USMLE+ fits your study style before purchasing.
Bundle Deferred Activation
When you purchase the Step 1 + Step 2 CK bundle, the Step 2 CK subscription remains dormant and its access clock does not start until you choose to activate it. This protects the value of your bundle if Step 2 prep begins later.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving duplicate billing or proven technical errors that prevented access, contact billing@usmleplus.com within 14 days and we will review the situation.
Cancellations
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current term.
